Return & Exchange Policy – Penn_in
At Penn_in, we strive to ensure every saree you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions:
🔹 1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Customized sarees, blouse-stitched sarees, accessories, and discounted/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

An unboxing video is mandatory for initiating any return, exchange, or refund request. Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
🔹 2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only for eligible returns.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product passes quality checks.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be given as store credit/coupon code, redeemable on your next purchase.
🔹 3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for the same saree in another color/design, if available.

Combo sets must be returned in full (no partial exchanges).

Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
🔹 4. Shipping for Returns

Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse at:

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking. Penn_in is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
🔹 5. Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping, COD fees, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
🔹 6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting penninhelp@gmail.com.

After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
🔹 7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must share an unboxing video and clear images within 48 hours of delivery at penninhelp@gmail.com.

Based on verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
